Serving Size Determination Tutorial |

Once you have added all your ingredients, you'll need to
determine your serving size for the Facts Panel.

For this tutorial, we are going to determine the Serving Size
for Grandma's Broccoli Soup, with a total product weight of: 1297.33g.
|

|
You'll note you have options for determining the yield loss in weight format
(gram, lbs and ounces) and %. This makes meeting FDA
regulations easier.

In this case we're going to use 1000g as the
yield.
